At SockBloom, we want you to feel confident when placing an order. We offer free returns and refunds for eligible products within 30 days, subject to the conditions outlined below.

By purchasing from sockbloom.shop, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered.

Return requests submitted after the 30-day period may not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Be free from stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear
  • Be returned in its original packaging when reasonably possible
  • Include all original accessories, labels, or components
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or a valid order number

Because socks are personal-wear products, items that have been worn, washed, or used may not be accepted for hygiene reasons unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Free Returns

SockBloom provides free standard return shipping for approved eligible returns.

Customers must contact us before returning an item. Products returned without prior authorization or sent to an unauthorized address may not be accepted or refunded.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please follow those instructions carefully.

4. How to Request a Return

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The email address used during checkout
  • The name of the product you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Clear photographs when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

We may request additional information when necessary to review your claim.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order shortly after delivery.

Contact us promptly if your item:

  • Arrived damaged
  • Has a manufacturing defect
  • Is different from the product ordered
  • Is missing from the package
  • Arrived in an unusable condition

Please include clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label where applicable.

After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Returns may be refused for:

  • Products worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items with visible signs of use
  • Items returned without authorization
  • Products that do not belong to SockBloom
  • Items returned after the 30-day period
  • Products damaged through misuse, improper care, or normal wear
  • Gift cards or promotional credits, if offered
  • Final-sale items clearly identified as non-returnable before purchase

This section does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer protection law.

7. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Original standard shipping is free and therefore has no separate value to refund.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank, credit card provider, or payment service. Processing times outside SockBloom’s control may vary.

8. Full and Partial Refunds

A full refund may be issued when the entire eligible order is returned.

A partial refund may be issued when:

  • Only part of an order is returned
  • A product is returned with missing packaging or components
  • A product shows damage not caused by SockBloom
  • Another partial resolution has been agreed upon with the customer

We will explain any refund adjustment before completing the refund.

9. Exchanges

We may not be able to guarantee direct exchanges because product availability can change.

The most efficient way to obtain a different size, style, or color is to return the eligible item and place a new order after the return has been approved.

10. Cancellations and Order Changes

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify an order.

We will make a reasonable effort to assist you, but cancellations and modifications cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.

11. Lost Return Packages

Customers must use the approved return method provided by SockBloom.

We are not responsible for returns sent to the wrong address, returned without authorization, or shipped using an unapproved method.

Keep any return receipt or tracking information until your refund has been completed.
